The chart below can be used to help determine Windowlock’s anchored window film exposure to a bomb blast. The Department of the Army Waterways Experiment was conducted in a shock tube on February, 1998 by Wilfred Baker Engineering, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas.
The test summary indicates the blast force used was equivalent to 1000lbs of TNT from a distance of 275 feet. Test results demonstrated a low hazard rating from glass failure.
